Anju Panta was born in 1997. Her parents name was Mana Maya Bishwokarma as a mother and Bishnu Bishwokarma as a father. As we know that only few people have the quality of rich voice and tone. God provide or bless only few people in the world by the good quality of voice. To be a singer one should have the quality of voice which is 90 percent in born talent and 10 percent is made by receiving training or doing practice. We can say that some quality of Singers are inborn in nature and musicians are made after providing training and education, musicians may not have inborn talent at fist. Due to inborn talent she is flourishing as a Nepalese playback singer with rich in melodious voice.

A song named “Nabirse timilai napaye timilai Bina artha dil ma sajaye timilai” is measured one of the best song of her Profession. Because of the popular of only this song she was signed and sung for almost 90 Nepali Melodious songs as well as 20 movies both as a duet or a solo.

In 1998, she competed for the nationwide modern song competition organized by radio Nepal. By considering this event and receiving good response from listeners she realized that she could truly aspire to become a professional singer. She also performed many concerts and stage programs. She sang different song in the movie named “Ma Timi Bina Mari Halchu” as a title song. Movie Saput song named “ Bhun Bhun Bhamara” Dil yo mero dil for the movie Kismat and various other nepali movies.

She meets with Manoj Raj Siwakoti reason he is also a famous classical singer, lyricist of Nepalese Music industry. Anju married with Manoj Raj Siwakoti and they have one daughter. Afterwards they are separated due to some problem and misunderstanding. She noticed that her vocal received honor even from music critics in the song Kampan. She also sang different remake songs named Reli Khola Bhagara, Maitighar which was the already popular songs of past musical Industry from the legendary/

She also received different awards like as Close up Hits FM Music awards in December of 2009 for the title song “Na birse timilai” which includes best record of the year as well as  best female Vocal Performance
