Yogendra Mani Dahal was born in 2023 Bhadra in Shankhuwashabha, a youngest son of Mohan Mani andRrukmani Dahal Nepal. He was a very talented Song writer of Nepalese Musical Industry.

He was interested in the field of music from his childhood days. He spends most of his childhood days at Biratnagar and completed schooling from Janata Namuna Higher Secondary School at Biratnagar. For studing further he arrives in the capital city of our country Kathmandu. He was awarded in Master in business Degree from Nepal Commerce Campus (NCC) Minbhawan.As he is interested in music from his childhood days he used to take part in the event or programs organized by his school. From the year 2001 A.D he started to write different Nepalese songs. He is mostly inspired from other song writer or lyricist Kali Prasad Rijal, Ratna Shumsher Thapa and others.

In addition, he realed his first album in 2004 A.D named Akshyar. After wards he established as a great lyricist of Nepal and realed six different albums one after another named Players, So Far, YatraI, Smriti, Yatra II and Maya nai maya in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2013 respectively.

In 27^th November Smriti album is released where 9 songs are recorded by the singer named Deepesh Kishor Bhattarai, composed by Jems pradhan, Raju Singh and singer himself. The three videos of this album named harpal. Samjhiyera and Timro akhama was directed by Debesh Bhuju, Alok Nembang and Rasoj Shreshta respectively.

He got married with anju dahal and had a son named Pramit and a daughter named Pratyukti Dahal, lives with his family in Balwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal. He is also the vice-president of Lyricist Accosiation of Nepal as well as a manager of Nepal Bitumen and Barrel Udyog, ltd.
